What joining means
The launch list records your email address, confirmation that you are at least 21, email permission and signup time. Joining is free and does not start the 14-day pilot, a paid subscription or guarantee a place in the pilot. We will share the pilot start date before it begins. Any future paid subscription requires a separate signup.
How your information is used
Your email is used to contact you about the free pilot and the launch of Utah Bourbon Watch. It is stored with our hosting service and may be processed by the email provider used to deliver these updates. We do not sell your email or publish the subscriber list.
Your choice
You can remove your address now using the Manage email form, without waiting for the pilot or a launch email. Removal deletes your signup information and cancels pending launch-list messages. We retain a one-way identifier of the removed address to prevent accidental future mailings. Signing up again with fresh permission reverses that choice. Messages already sent cannot be recalled.

Site operation
The form uses a secure server connection to save your signup. Signup and removal forms use a one-way identifier of request information for basic abuse limits. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information to operate the site.
Independent information
Utah Bourbon Watch is an independent information service reporting on bourbon listings and availability at Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services (DABS) stores. We do not sell or ship alcohol and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Utah DABS. Inventory observations may change and do not guarantee that a bottle is available for purchase. Confirm current inventory and release restrictions with DABS before traveling. Historical samples are labeled.
